A place for every part of your search.

Search, Presets, Filters and Settings keep the builder organised. Region has its own picker. Here is what each view does.

Search starts with your words.

The keyword field is the starting point. The mono preview shows the query before you open results.

  1. Time and regionAny, Day, Week or Month. Pick a country from Region.
  2. Search a siteChoose a chip again to clear it. Typing your own domain clears the chip selection.
  3. Search YahooResults open directly on Yahoo in a new tab by default.

This addon requests permission to update your default search engine to Yahoo. Firefox controls that choice, separately from completing welcome.

Save the form, not just the words.

Presets keeps up to 20 searches you explicitly save. A name has up to 40 characters. Save the same name to replace the old form.

Load
Bring its values and filter choices back for editing.
Run
Open that preset directly on Yahoo.
Delete
Remove it from Firefox storage.

Turning remembering off keeps your saved presets. Try Load in this illustration to see what a saved form contains.

Give the query your own order.

Every original filter can be switched off and moved. Off filters contribute nothing, including Keywords and Site.

Exact phrase, comma separated alternatives, excluded words, site, file type, title and URL fields join Keywords in one query.

Drag Move to reorder a card. Up and Down do the same job with a keyboard. Try the controls here.

The query follows the visible card order. Empty fields stay out.

Keep the choices you use.

Choose a new results tab or the current one, switch the live preview off, and decide whether to remember typed values.

Remembering starts on. Turning it off removes saved values. New typing clears when that builder closes. Presets and custom chips stay until deleted or reset.

Settings also lets you add, remove, reorder and reset up to 12 site chips. The defaults are YouTube, Amazon, Target, Wikipedia, Pinterest, Yelp and Reddit.

Pick a region in its own view.

The picker offers United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Mexico, Japan, Brazil and India.

The addon returns to Search after you choose. Any region clears the country option. Time and region become URL options rather than words in the query.
